Podium height limits
The podium is the constraint. Several buildings here cannot take a full-height truck, which means either a smaller vehicle or a shuttle from a permitted loading point. Both are workable; neither should be a surprise on the morning.
We check the clearance at survey and write the plan into the quote.
Mature buildings, settled contents
Tenancies here run long, and long tenancies accumulate. Store cupboards, balconies and spare rooms hold more than the bedroom count suggests, so we count all of it at survey.
Where there is more than the next home can take, storage holds wrapped, inventoried items until you have room.
