FAQ

Moving questions we get asked most in the UAE

If your question isn't here, message us — we answer plainly, even when the answer is no.

Booking

Dates and booking

How much does moving cost in Dubai?

Apartment moves start at AED 950 and villa moves at AED 2,150. Those are floors for a compact, self-packed home with working access, moving inside one emirate on a weekday, and they include the crew, vehicle, wrapping, floor protection, tolls and travel. Volume, stairs, restricted hours, full packing and heavy pieces take it up, so we survey first and then hold one fixed written figure with no hourly meter.

How far in advance should I book my move?

One to two weeks is comfortable. Month-end dates and weekends go first, and tower service lifts are often reserved weeks ahead, so earlier is always safer.

Can you move at short notice?

Often yes, especially mid-month and on weekdays. Call or WhatsApp us and we will tell you honestly whether we can crew it properly rather than promise and rush.

Do you work on weekends and evenings?

Yes, subject to building rules. Many towers restrict moves to weekday daytime hours, so we plan around what your building actually permits.

Packing and handling

Do you supply boxes and materials?

Yes — cartons, bubble wrap, stretch film, mattress covers, wardrobe boxes and corner protection come with the crew and are included in the packing quote.

Will you dismantle and reassemble furniture?

Yes. Beds, wardrobes, dining tables and standard flat-pack units are dismantled, with fittings bagged, labelled and reassembled at the new address.

Do you disconnect appliances?

We disconnect and reconnect standard washing machines, fridges and TVs where it is safe to do so. Gas connections and hard-wired installations need a licensed technician, and we will tell you in advance if yours does.

What won't you move?

Flammable liquids, gas cylinders, paints, aerosols in bulk, plants in soil for long trips, perishable food and pets. We will suggest a safe alternative for each.

Coverage

Where we work and what we store

Which emirates do you cover?

All seven: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, plus Al Ain. Every move we do starts and ends inside the UAE.

Do you offer storage?

Yes. Items are inventoried, wrapped and stored, then delivered back into your new home when you are ready — short or long term.

Can you move a single item?

Yes. Single-item deliveries, furniture collections and last-mile drops are a normal part of what we do.
