Questions from business clients
Can you move our office without losing a working day?
Yes. Most office moves run from Friday evening into Saturday, with desks, screens and IT reconnected so the team starts on Monday at their new desks. Larger floors are phased over several evenings.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance and handle building paperwork?
Yes. We hold public liability cover of AED 1,000,000 and send the certificate, our trade licence and any method statement the building asks for, then book the service lift and loading bay at both addresses.
How do you price an office move?
After a walk-through, by video for most offices or on site for larger floors, we send one fixed written price naming the crew, the vehicles, the crates and the schedule. No hourly meter.
Can you invoice the company and work to a purchase order?
Yes. We issue VAT tax invoices (TRN 105530977500003) to the company and can work to your purchase order and payment terms for account customers.
Do you move staff between emirates for HR teams?
Yes. HR and relocation teams use us to move employees' homes within and between the seven emirates, billed to the company on one monthly invoice.
