How a BeMore move runs
Eight steps, every time, whether we are moving one wardrobe across Business Bay or a villa from Dubai to Fujairah.

Survey
A video walkthrough or an on-site visit. We count rooms and large items, check lift access, stairs, parking and permitted hours at both addresses, and note anything fragile or oversized.

Fixed written quote
You receive one price with the crew size, vehicle, materials, tolls, travel time and estimated hours spelled out. If we think something in your plan will cost you money, we say so before you book.

Scheduling and access
We reserve the service lift, confirm the loading bay, prepare the documents building management asks for, and lock the arrival window.

Packing day
Fragile items are wrapped and boxed, glass and art are crated or corner-protected, drawers are secured, and every carton is labelled by room. Screws and fittings are bagged and taped to the item they belong to.
- 05
Protected loading
Lift panels, corridors, door frames and floors are covered. Furniture is blanket-wrapped and stretch-filmed, then loaded in a planned order so nothing bears weight it shouldn't.

Transport
Closed, clean vehicles with secured loads. For inter-emirate moves we plan around traffic peaks and permitted delivery hours at the destination.
- 07
Placement
Beds, wardrobes and tables are reassembled, appliances reconnected where safe, and boxes set down in the right rooms — not stacked in the hallway.
- 08
Handover
We walk the home with you, check the inventory, take the packaging away, and only then call the job finished.
