What a move starts at
Apartment moves start at AED 950 and villa moves at AED 2,150. Both are genuine floors rather than averages: a compact, self-packed home with working lift or driveway access, moving inside one emirate, on a weekday.
Most moves land above those figures, and the survey is where we find out by how much. You get one fixed number in writing before anything is booked, and it does not move afterwards unless the job itself changes and you agree to it first.

What actually drives the price
Moving prices in the UAE follow four things: how much there is, how hard it is to get out and in, how much of it we pack, and how far it travels. Distance matters least of the four — an easy Dubai-to-Abu Dhabi run can be cheaper than a same-building move with a broken lift.
- Volume: room count, oversized furniture, appliances, storage boxes
- Access: service lift or stairs, carry distance, loading bay limits, permitted hours
- Packing: full packing, fragile-only packing, or self-packed
- Handling: dismantling, reassembly, wall-mounted units, marble, glass, art
- Timing: month-end and weekend demand, overnight or out-of-hours work
- Extras: storage, cleaning coordination, handyman work, waste removal
How to compare quotes fairly
Ask every company for the same five things and the differences become obvious: crew size, vehicle size, whether materials are included, whether dismantling and reassembly are included, and whether the price is fixed or hourly.
A quote that is much lower than the rest usually excludes packing materials, counts fewer crew, or charges by the hour with no ceiling. That is where move-day surprises come from.

How big is a move in the UAE?
What we plan from for a normally furnished home with a lift or ground-floor access, measured on our own loaded jobs. These are the numbers a quote is built on; stairs, a store room or a full garden change them.

What does the starting price include?
Crew and vehicle, protective wrapping and floor protection, dismantling and reassembly of standard furniture, tolls, fuel and travel time, and placement in the right rooms with the packaging taken away. Cartons and packing labour are extra unless you ask us to pack.
What makes a quote go up?
Stairs or long carries, no service lift, restricted hours, full packing, heavy marble or glass, wall-mounted units, and storage between addresses.
What brings a quote down?
Packing yourself, decluttering before the survey, a mid-month weekday date, flexible timing, and having lift access confirmed early.
Are there hidden charges?
No. Tolls, fuel, travel time and materials are written into the quote. If the job changes on the day we agree the revised price with you before continuing.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, card or cash, on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing for a corporate account.
