What we collect
When you request a quote we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, the addresses involved in the move, your preferred dates and any notes about the items being moved.
We do not ask for identity documents, payment card details or financial information through this website.
How we use it
We use your details only to prepare your quote, plan and carry out your move, and follow up about it. If your building requires crew or vehicle documentation, we share only what that building management asks for.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to marketing companies.
Messaging and enquiries
Enquiries sent from this site are delivered to us through WhatsApp, phone or email, so the content of your message is also handled by that provider under their own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them for the move, our accounts and any warranty or claim period. After that they are deleted.
Your choices
