When you request a quote we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, the addresses involved in the move, your preferred dates and any notes about the items being moved.

We do not ask for identity documents, payment card details or financial information through this website.

We use your details only to prepare your quote, plan and carry out your move, and follow up about it. If your building requires crew or vehicle documentation, we share only what that building management asks for.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to marketing companies.

Enquiries sent from this site are delivered to us through WhatsApp, phone or email, so the content of your message is also handled by that provider under their own terms.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it: which pages are viewed, how long people stay, and how they arrived. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives technical information such as your browser, device, approximate location and the pages you visit.

We look at this only as combined statistics and do not use it to identify you. Google processes the data under its own privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics collecting data from your visits.

We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them for the move, our accounts and any warranty or claim period. After that they are deleted.
