Movers in Business Bay
Business Bay is half homes and half offices, and the two need opposite treatment. Apartments move in daylight inside permitted hours; offices move overnight so nobody loses a working day.
We run both kinds of move here most weeks.

Office moves after hours
For commercial moves we start after the last person leaves, work to a numbered floor plan, and have desks rebuilt and IT reconnected before the morning. Crates are delivered days ahead so staff pack their own drawers.
Building management usually requires a permit for after-hours work, which we arrange as part of the plan.
Apartments in a working district
Residential moves in Business Bay compete with retail and office deliveries for the same bay, so timing matters. Early morning is usually cleanest.
Many buildings here are new, which means finish protection is taken seriously by management and by us.
One district, many landlords
Dubai Properties master-planned Business Bay, but the towers were built by dozens of developers — Dubai Properties' own Executive Towers and Bay Square, DAMAC's residences along the canal, Omniyat, Select Group and others. Each is run by its own owners' association, so each sets its own permit form, deposit and moving hours.
Requests go to the building management office with a registered Ejari or title deed, Emirates ID and the mover's documents, and approval normally takes one to three working days. We confirm the permitted window and the bay slot in writing before the date is fixed.
Homes and offices in the same building
Many Business Bay towers mix residential floors, serviced apartments and offices above retail. The residential service lift is booked for daytime moves; office moves are usually only allowed after business hours or at the weekend, and often need a separate work permit from the same management office.
Early morning is the quietest time at street level, before the retail deliveries start. For offices, we deliver crates a few days ahead, move overnight to a numbered floor plan, and have desks and screens set up before staff arrive.
Frequently asked questions
Can you move our Business Bay office over one night?
Yes. A floor of thirty to fifty desks is typically a single overnight move, handed over before 07:00.
Do you need a permit for after-hours work?
Most buildings require one. We apply through management as part of the move plan.
Do you also store surplus office furniture?
Yes, in inventoried storage, delivered back when the new space is ready.
Who issues a move permit in Business Bay?
Your building's owners' association or management company, not a single community office. Expect to provide Ejari or the title deed, Emirates ID and the mover's trade licence; approval is usually one to three working days.
Can I move my Business Bay apartment on a weekend?
Some towers allow Saturday moves and some do not; Sunday is rarely allowed for residential moves. We check your building's rules before confirming the date.
