Communities covered
In the towers, Dubai Properties' permit sits alongside the building's own management rules. In the villa communities, it controls gate access for the moving vehicle.
- JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residence)
- Business Bay, including Executive Towers and Bay Square
- Mudon, Villanova and Serena
- Remraam
- Jaddaf Waterfront
Applying and documents
Dubai Properties takes permit requests through its community management system, online or at the community office. Move-in permits are generally processed within two working days, so submit at least two working days ahead, and earlier for a month-end date.
- Passport and valid UAE visa, or Emirates ID
- Tenants: the full Ejari certificate; owners: the title deed
- Moving company and vehicle details
- For move-outs: community service charges settled
Hours
Residential moves in Dubai Properties communities generally run from 08:00 to 19:00, Saturday to Thursday. Commercial moves, such as offices in Business Bay, are generally scheduled overnight, commonly between 19:00 and 05:00, so they do not disrupt working tenants.
JBR and Business Bay on the day
JBR loads from basements with low clearance and long corridor runs to the service lift, so the vehicle is sized to the basement, not the volume. Business Bay towers share ground-level bays with retail and office deliveries, which makes an early start the cleanest slot.
We book the service lift and bay against your permit, protect the lift and corridors, and work inside the approved hours.
