About video quotes
How does the video quote work?
Fill in the blanks on this page and WhatsApp opens with your message written. Rana, our head of logistics, replies with a time and a video link. You walk him through the rooms on your phone for about ten minutes, and he sends one fixed written price the same day.
Why a video call instead of a price online?
Two homes with the same number of bedrooms can hold very different amounts of furniture. Ten minutes on video lets us price your home rather than an average, which is how we can promise that the written price is the one you pay.
How quickly will I hear back?
We reply within 15 minutes, 8am to 10pm. Messages sent overnight are answered first thing in the morning.
Is the quote fixed?
Yes. Rana writes one price after your video call, naming the crew, the truck and everything included. If something changes before the day, such as extra furniture or a different building, he tells you the new price before we start, never after.
Can someone visit instead?
Yes. Large villas, offices and storage jobs can have an on-site survey if you prefer. Mention it in your WhatsApp message.
