Movers on Palm Jumeirah
Palm Jumeirah moves tend to involve the pieces that need the most care: large art, marble tops, chandeliers, designer sofas and bespoke joinery.
This is where our crating and fine-art handling gets used most, alongside the ordinary work of protecting a very expensive home.

Frond villas
Frond access is narrow and largely single lane, so vehicle size and turning space are planned in advance. Carries from the vehicle to the door are long, which changes crew size.
Gates, walls, stone floors and staircases are protected before anything moves.
Pieces that need crates
Large framed art, glass and marble table tops, sculpture and chandeliers travel in foam-lined timber crates built on site to the dimensions of the piece.
We photograph condition before handling and again after installation, so nothing is left to memory.
Nakheel's move permit
Palm Jumeirah is a Nakheel community, and moves on and off it need a Nakheel move-in or move-out permit. Residents apply through the My Nakheel app or Nakheel's website, logging in with UAE Pass, and should apply at least 48 to 72 hours before the date. The application asks for the building or villa, a contact person, the moving company, a recent DEWA bill for the property and Emirates ID. Some buildings also take a refundable deposit against damage to common areas.
The permit matters more here than almost anywhere in Dubai. Security at the frond gates and the Shoreline basements works from a daily list, and a truck that is not on it is turned away. We make sure our vehicle registration and crew details match the permit exactly.
Fronds, trunk and crescent
Frond villas — the Signature Villas, Garden Homes and Frond Villas — sit on narrow single-carriageway roads with gated driveways, so vehicle length and turning space are planned at survey. Carries from the kerb to the door are long, and the contents are usually heavy: stone tables, large art, outdoor kitchens.
On the trunk, the Shoreline Apartments, Golden Mile and Tiara residences load from basements with height limits and booked lifts. Canal Cove townhouses sit in between. Each is a different plan, which is why we survey rather than quote a Palm move from a room count.
Frequently asked questions
Do you build crates on site?
Yes, for art, mirrors, stone tops, sculpture and chandeliers, sized to each piece and foam-lined.
Can you handle a chandelier removal and re-hang?
Yes. It is mapped and photographed lit, dismantled arm by arm with crystals bagged to position, then rebuilt at the new home.
Do crews need community passes?
Yes, and we arrange them in advance with the community or building management.
How do I get a Nakheel move permit for Palm Jumeirah?
Apply through the My Nakheel app or Nakheel's website using UAE Pass, at least 48 to 72 hours before the move. You will need your Emirates ID, a recent DEWA bill for the property and the moving company's details; some buildings also take a refundable deposit.
Will the truck be let onto the frond without a permit?
No. Frond gate security works from a daily list of approved permits, so a vehicle without one is turned away. We match our vehicle and crew details to your permit before the day.
