How we work with retailers
We collect from your warehouse or receive stock into our storage, then deliver on scheduled routes with booked windows. Customers are contacted before arrival, and each delivery is completed with a signature and photographs.
Because our crews are furniture people first, they can also assemble, place to a plan, level and anchor — so the item is in use before they leave.

Appliances and awkward items
Fridges, washing machines, ovens, large televisions and mattresses each have their own handling rules. We transport them upright where required, protect door frames and floors on the way in, and connect or install where the site allows it.
Old units can be removed on the same visit, which is the part customers appreciate most.
Projects and phased handovers
For fit-out and staging projects we hold stock, then deliver room by room as the site is released. Every drop is checked against the packing list before it goes out, so snags are found in our warehouse rather than in a client's living room.
One point of contact runs the schedule, so you are not chasing three drivers for one apartment.

We place and connect standard appliances where the site permits it. Gas and specialist electrical work should be done by a licensed specialist.
