Furniture storage in Dubai, short and long term

We collect, wrap and inventory everything at your address, then store it in a clean, climate-controlled facility. Soft furniture goes on pallets under covers, never stacked under heavy items, and everything is listed with a reference and a photograph.

When you need something back, you tell us the reference — the whole consignment or one armchair — and we deliver it anywhere in the UAE.

UAE summers are hard on furniture. Heat and humidity swell timber joints, lift veneer, mark leather and encourage mould in upholstery and mattresses. Ordinary unconditioned warehousing can return furniture in noticeably worse condition than it went in.

Our stored goods sit in conditioned space, and items sensitive to humidity are wrapped in breathable materials rather than sealed in plastic for months.

The most common use is a gap between leases. We pack and load on your handover date, hold everything for as long as the gap lasts, and deliver into the new home on the first permitted day.

Because the same company handles both ends, nothing is double-handled and there is one inventory rather than three.

Offices store surplus desks and chairs between fit-out phases. Retailers and designers stage stock ahead of an installation. Landlords store staged furniture between tenancies.
