An office move is a project with a deadline measured in hours. The only outcome that counts is that people sit down the next morning, plug in, and work.
We relocate offices, retail units, clinics and corporate floors across the UAE — within a tower, across Dubai, or from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah — working evenings and weekends so the business day is never the casualty.
Planning before lifting
We survey both sites, agree a floor plan with numbered positions, and label every desk, pedestal, chair, monitor and crate to that number. The crew then works to the plan rather than to instructions shouted across an empty floor.
You get a written move plan: sequence, crew, vehicles, timings, building access windows at both ends, and a named contact for the night itself.

IT and workstations
Monitors are packed in purpose-made cartons, cables are bagged per desk and labelled, and every machine goes back to the person it belongs to. We coordinate with your IT team or provider on shutdown and start-up times so nothing is unplugged before it should be.
Server racks and network cabinets are moved by a dedicated crew, and we work to your IT provider's instructions for decommissioning and recommissioning.
Fit-out, retail and phased projects
For retail fit-outs and interior projects we deliver, unwrap and install furniture to the designer's layout, remove all packaging from site, and work within mall or landlord delivery windows — which in most Dubai malls means overnight.
Larger relocations can be phased department by department across successive evenings, so the business never has more than one team in transit at a time.
Downtime measured in hours, not days
A typical floor of thirty to fifty desks is a single overnight move: pack from 18:00, load, transport, rebuild, and hand over before 07:00. Furniture that is no longer needed can go to storage or be removed.
Our supervisor stays until the last desk is checked and photographed, and you receive a completion report with any exceptions noted.
