Building access, handled
Before the date is confirmed we contact building management at both ends. We establish permitted moving hours, book the service lift, register the crew and vehicle for security, and confirm whether a moving NOC or refundable deposit is required.
On the day the crew boards the lift, lays floor protection through the lobby and corridors, and works within the booked window so no other resident is inconvenienced.

Small spaces, careful sequencing
In an apartment there is nowhere to put things down, so sequence is everything. We wrap in one room, stage in the hallway and load in a set order, which keeps walkways clear and stops the same item being handled three times.
Wardrobe boxes keep clothes on hangers, so unpacking a bedroom takes minutes rather than an afternoon. Kitchens are packed by cupboard and labelled by cupboard.
Moving out cleanly
Leaving a Dubai apartment usually involves an inspection, a DEWA final bill, and a landlord or agent looking closely at walls and floors. We remove fixings we installed, keep marks off skirting boards, and leave the unit tidy.
If your handover and move-in dates do not line up, we can hold everything in inventoried storage and deliver when your new lease starts.
Placement, not dumping
Boxes go to the room they belong in. Beds are reassembled and made if you want them made. TVs are wall-mounted, curtains hung, and mirrors levelled.
The last thing we do is walk the apartment with you and check every item off the inventory before the crew leaves.
