Handyman and fixing services on move-in day
The gap between furniture arriving and a home feeling finished is usually a short list of small jobs: a television on the wall, curtains up, a mirror hung, a shelf anchored.
Rather than leave you to find a handyman for a second visit, we bring one with the move.
What we can do on move-in day
Wall-mounting televisions with the correct bracket and cable management. Fitting curtain tracks, poles and blinds. Hanging art and mirrors level, at the height you choose. Anchoring tall furniture. Assembling flat-pack items. Fitting shelves and hooks.
We also handle the small reversals when you leave a property: removing brackets and fixings, and filling the holes we made.

Add it to your moving quote and the same crew finishes the job on the day, which avoids a second building access booking and a second visit to plan around.
You can also book handyman work separately, for a rented apartment being prepared for photography or a home that just needs a list cleared.
The honest limits
We do not carry out licensed electrical, plumbing or gas work, structural drilling, or anything that requires a specialist trade permit. If a job needs a licensed contractor we will say so.
Some walls also cannot safely take what you would like to hang on them, particularly heavy mirrors on partition walls. We will show you why and suggest a better position.
