Man and van in Dubai for small moves and single items
Not every move is a villa. A studio, a single bedroom, a sofa bought on a resale group, a desk that needs to get from Business Bay to JLT — these are real jobs and they deserve real handling, not a pickup truck and a rope.
Our man-and-van service is the same crews, materials and insurance as a full house move, sized down to the job and priced as a fixed written amount before we start.

Rana prices every move
Our head of logistics walks your home with you on a 10-minute video call, writes the price himself and stays reachable on the day. Customers name him in the reviews.
Our own crews
Employed and trained in-house, out of a luxury home staging operation. Nobody is hired at the kerb that morning.

What a man-and-van job covers
Two movers and a van is the usual shape: enough hands to carry properly, enough space for a studio or a part-load, and no hourly meter running while a lift is booked.
We wrap in the apartment, protect the lift and stairwell, and place items in the room you want them in at the other end. Beds are rebuilt and screws come back bagged and labelled.
- Studios, single rooms and part-loads
- Single items: sofas, beds, wardrobes, fridges, desks
- Resale and marketplace collections between two addresses
- Blanket and film wrapping included, not charged as an extra
- Fixed written price agreed before the van moves
Why fixed beats hourly on a small move
Hourly pricing punishes you for things you do not control: a service lift booked by someone else, a loading bay blocked, traffic on the Al Ittihad Road. The meter runs and the number at the end is a surprise.
We quote the job, not the clock. If the lift is slow, that is our problem. You agreed a price and that is the price.
Buying something second-hand?
Collections from resale groups are among the most common man-and-van jobs in Dubai, and they go wrong in predictable ways: the seller has not dismantled anything, the item does not fit the lift, nobody has measured the doorway.
Tell us what the item is and where it is going and we will tell you honestly whether it needs two people or four, and whether it needs to come apart.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a man and van in Dubai?
It depends on the volume, the floors and the distance rather than the hours. Send us the item list and the two addresses and we will give you a fixed written price, usually the same day.
Will you dismantle a bed or wardrobe?
Yes, and rebuild it at the other end. Screws are bagged and taped to the frame they came from.
Can you collect from a seller and deliver to me?
Yes. Two-address collections are normal work. We only need access details for both ends and a contact at each.
Is a small move insured the same way?
Yes. The same insurance, the same materials and the same trained crews as a full house move.
