Local moves within Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi local moves are mostly island moves: the corniche towers, Al Reem, Saadiyat, Yas and Khalifa City. Each has its own access regime and permitted hours.
We register, book and confirm everything before the crew arrives, because in Abu Dhabi a crew without paperwork does not get past reception.

- Distance
- Typically 5 to 45 km across the emirate
- Driving time
- 20 minutes to 1 hour between addresses
- Typical shape
- Island and city moves with security registration handled at both buildings.
Registration and access
Crew names, ID details, vehicle registration and insurance are submitted in advance to both buildings. Service lifts are booked, and permitted hours are confirmed in writing.
We also check loading bay height limits, which catch out larger vehicles on several island towers.
Short drives, careful handling
Because journeys are short, the work is concentrated in wrapping, protection and placement. Nothing travels bare, even for a fifteen-minute drive.
Placement, reassembly and debris removal are finished on the same day in almost every case.
- Crew and vehicle pre-registered at both buildings
- Loading bay height and access checked in advance
- Full wrapping even on short journeys
- Same-day placement and reassembly

Frequently asked questions
Do you cover Al Reem, Saadiyat and Yas Island?
Yes, along with the corniche towers, Khalifa City, Mohammed Bin Zayed City and the surrounding districts.
How much notice do buildings need?
Many Abu Dhabi buildings want two to five working days for registration and lift booking. We start that as soon as your date is agreed.
Can you move in the evening?
Only where the building permits it. Abu Dhabi towers are often stricter about evening work than Dubai.
