Bluewaters is an island with one road on and off it, and the building management runs access accordingly: registered vehicles, set service routes, booked lifts and a permitted window that is enforced.
None of that is difficult; it is simply not something to discover on the morning of your move.
Access is the plan
We register the vehicle and crew, confirm the loading point and service route in writing, and arrive inside the window. The lift is protected before the first item goes in and the route is covered end to end.
Because our quote is fixed rather than hourly, a slow lift or a queue at the bay is our problem, not an addition to your invoice.
High-value contents
Bluewaters apartments are usually furnished to a standard that rewards care: art, marble, bespoke joinery, large-format TVs. Art and mirrors are packed flat between boards, marble tops come off their bases and travel flat, and screens are boxed rather than blanket-wrapped.
Everything is placed, levelled and walked through with you before we leave.

Yes. Vehicle registration, crew details, insurance and the lift booking are all arranged before your date.
Can you move a penthouse in one day?
Usually, with a full crew. Where the contents warrant it we split packing and loading across two days for a calmer placement.
Do you pack and crate artwork?
Yes. Art travels flat between boards, and individual pieces can be crated where the value warrants it.
