The cheapest quote is not always the cheapest move
A low hourly rate is easy to advertise and hard to hold. A service lift booked by someone else, a loading bay that is full, traffic on Sheikh Zayed Road: every delay runs the meter, and the final figure is decided after your furniture is already on the truck. A fixed written quote moves that risk to the mover, which is where it belongs.
The other hidden costs are damage and missing insurance. A mover without goods-in-transit cover leaves you paying for the scratched table and the chipped lift, and many buildings will not issue a moving permit to an unlicensed company at all. Check both before comparing prices.

What AED 950 includes
The starting price covers the crew, the vehicle, blanket and film wrapping on the furniture, floor and lift protection, dismantling and rebuilding of beds, tolls and travel inside one emirate. It does not change on the day. What moves a quote above the floor is volume, stairs or a restricted building window, full packing, heavy or wall-mounted pieces, and distance to another emirate.
We survey by video or on site at no cost, then send one written figure listing the crew, the vehicle, the materials and the day. If the job needs less than we thought, the price does not go up to fill the time.
Small moves cost less again
If it is a studio, a single room or a few pieces, you may not need a full move at all. Our man-and-van and furniture-mover jobs use two movers and a smaller vehicle, priced as a fixed job, with the same wrapping and insurance as a whole-home move.
