How much does an apartment move cost in Dubai?
Apartment moves start at AED 950. That covers a compact, self-packed flat with a working service lift, moving inside one emirate on a weekday, and it includes the crew, the vehicle, wrapping, floor protection, tolls and travel. Volume, stairs, restricted hours, full packing and heavy or wall-mounted pieces take it up from there, so we survey by video or on site and then hold one fixed written figure.
Do I need an NOC to move out of my building?
Many Dubai towers require a moving NOC from the management office, sometimes with a refundable deposit and proof of settled service charges or rent. We tell you exactly what your building asks for and prepare it with you.
What if the service lift is already booked on my date?
