Dubai Creek Harbour is new and still handing over, which means tightly controlled access, a lot of first move-ins, and finishes that have never been marked.
Most jobs here are a partial move from an old apartment plus furniture arriving from several suppliers. We coordinate both so the home is finished on one day rather than lived in around cartons.

Sofas arrive one week, the dining set the next, the beds after that. We receive deliveries into storage, check them against your order, and bring everything in on a single day with assembly and placement included.
TVs are mounted, curtains are hung, beds are built and the packaging leaves with us.

Where the loading point is a distance from the lift, we plan the shuttle into the quote rather than absorbing it into the day.

Yes. We take delivery, check the items against your order, store them wrapped and bring everything in on your move-in day.
Do you protect new floors and paintwork?
Yes. Floors on the route are covered and frames and corners boarded before anything comes through the door.
Do you work with the developer's access rules?
Yes. Vehicles, crew and insurance are registered in advance and we work inside the permitted window.
