On the apartment side the permit is only half of it. Azizi alone has completed well over a dozen residential buildings here, and towers built by private developers keep their own management offices, which may ask for notice, a service lift booking and a refundable deposit against damage to common areas. Al Furjan's original villa clusters are Nakheel's Quortaj, with North African and Mediterranean styling, and Dubai Style, built in an Emirati idiom with wind towers. Most homes are three- and four-bedroom villas and townhouses with gardens. A three-bedroom townhouse is one day with a seven-tonne truck; a four-bedroom villa with a full garden is calmer over two, usually with a ten-tonne truck.

Security at the villa clusters checks the moving vehicle against the Nakheel permit, so the registration you upload must be the truck that arrives. The Red Line's Route 2020 branch, with Al Furjan station opened in 2021, runs along the community edge; some entrances changed when it was built, so we confirm the approach to your street at survey.
