The townhouses are compact with a tight internal staircase. The Zahra and UNA blocks are low-rise with small lifts and shared parking courts that fill quickly.
First moves into a new home
A lot of Town Square moves are a first home rather than a relocation: new furniture delivered from several suppliers on different days, waiting to be assembled and placed. We do that work too — flat-pack assembly, wall mounting, and the placement that makes a new house feel finished.
Where deliveries are spread over weeks, we can hold items in storage and bring everything in on one day rather than living around boxes.
Townhouse stairs and small lifts
The Town Square townhouse staircase is narrow and turns at the landing. Three-seat sofas, king bases and tall wardrobes rarely clear it intact, so we measure at survey and dismantle properly rather than forcing anything.
In the apartment blocks we book what lift there is, protect it, and size the crew for the stairs where there is no realistic lift option.

Is there a service lift in the Zahra buildings?
Most have a passenger lift shared with residents rather than a dedicated service lift. We book the slot and protect it before loading.
Do you move from Town Square to other emirates?
Yes, across all seven. Town Square to Abu Dhabi and to Sharjah are both regular runs.
