New-home furniture rarely arrives together. Sofas come one week, the dining set the next, the beds after that. Rather than living around cartons, we receive deliveries into storage, check them in against your order, and bring everything in on a single day.

Protecting a brand-new home
New floors and fresh paint mark easily, and a handover snag list is not a good place to add damage caused on move day. Floors are covered on the route, door frames and corners are boarded, and the lift or stairwell is protected before anything comes through.
We walk the home with you before we start and again before we leave, so the condition is agreed at both ends.

Clusters around the lagoon
The community is built around Lagoon Al Ghaf, about 70,000 square metres of water and beach, with clusters such as Elan, Aura, Harmony and Alaya around it. Harmony's homes are four- and five-bedroom villas; Aura and Elan are mostly townhouses. Internal roads are narrow in places, so the vehicle is chosen for the cluster as much as for the volume.
Tilal Al Ghaf sits at the junction of Hessa Street and Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street, with Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road close by, so a move from Arabian Ranches, Al Barsha South or Dubai Hills is short.
