Springs staircases are the constraint. A three-seat sofa, a king base, a tall wardrobe and most corner units will not clear the turn intact. We measure at survey and agree what comes apart, so nothing is forced against a wall.
Everything we take apart, we rebuild — properly, with the screws we bagged and taped to the frame they came from, in the room you want it in.

Where your handover dates do not meet, storage covers the gap and we deliver back into the new villa when you have the keys.
