None of it can be raised until the tenancy is registered on Tawtheeq through TAMM, which is worth confirming first if you are new to the island, since community offices will generally not process a move-in request against an unregistered lease.

Villa clusters such as Saadiyat Beach Villas and Saadiyat Reserve check the moving vehicle's details at the gate against what was submitted on the portal, while apartment buildings around Soho Square and Mamsha book their own service lift once the Aldar Connect request is approved. If anything beyond furniture is changing in the unit, a separate fit-out NOC applies.

Saadiyat's culture-district address means more homes here hold pieces worth crating rather than boxing — original art, sculpture and stone furniture are common, and we build foam-lined timber crates on site with condition photos before and after. Coastal air also means anything going into storage from Saadiyat is wrapped in breathable material rather than sealed film, so salt does not sit against metal fixings or leather.

The other Abu Dhabi-specific factor is timing the truck: heavy vehicles are restricted from the city's main roads and bridges during the morning and afternoon peaks, so a Saadiyat move that also needs to cross onto Abu Dhabi Island is planned around those windows rather than around the shortest route.
