Cluster lanes are narrow and usually parked on both sides, so a full-size truck cannot always turn. We check at survey and either use a smaller vehicle or shuttle from the cluster entrance.
Gardens and terraces are counted with every other room, because outdoor furniture is heavy and always underestimated.
The apartment villages
Where there is no lift, the crew is sized for the carry. Stairwell corners are boarded, handrails are protected and furniture is wrapped in the apartment rather than at the front door.
Anything that will not clear the turn intact comes apart properly and is rebuilt the same day.
