One coordinator plans the whole thing and one team delivers it, so nothing falls between a mover, a storage company and a handyman who have never spoken to each other.

The most common relocation we run is Dubai to Abu Dhabi and back, followed by Dubai to Sharjah and the northern emirates. The rules change at the border: Abu Dhabi registers tenancies on Tawtheeq rather than Ejari, moves electricity and water through TAQA's distribution company rather than DEWA, and restricts heavy vehicles on the island's roads at peak times.

We plan the move around all of it, and time the truck so it reaches the new building inside its permitted hours.

Companies moving an employee, or a team, between emirates get one point of contact and one invoice. We survey each household, quote each move in writing against the company's allowance, and report when each family is in.

Where the office moves too, our office movers run that project alongside, usually overnight so nobody loses a working day.

Relocations go wrong in the first 48 hours: beds not built, no curtains, boxes in the wrong rooms. Our crews place furniture room by room, build and make the beds, unpack the kitchen on request and take every box and blanket away.
